Yes, you can add multiple bank accounts. Navigate to the home or wallet page to add an account.

You can delete your bank account by selecting the vertical hamburger menu next to your account in the wallet section. Please note, that deleting a bank account will delete all the accounts associated with that particular bank.

After deleting your bank account no further transactions are updated on your flamingo app. However, you will still be able to view the previous data transactions.

If you wish to delete your account, you can do so any time by accessing ‘Profile’ on your Flamingo app and deleting your account under the ‘Information’ section.  You will need to contact us via email to initiate that process. Once deleted, your data will be deleted, and your account permanently disabled.

Yes, you can change any transaction to a specific category of your choosing.

Simply navigate to your ‘Profile’ section and cancel your subscription from within the ‘Subscription’ option.

You will not be charged after you cancel your subscription but can still use the app up until the last day of your renewal.
